I wanted to love this bottle, as it makes so much sense on so many levels, and for the most part, I like it a lot. It helps me get more water in me, by filling it and taking it around the house with me.However, the top leaks. No matter how tight I twist it on, when I raise it to my lips and squeeze the bottle to get the water out, it leaks and I often get big wet blobs on my shirt or sweater.
I can''t squeeze it too hard, so towards the end of the bottle it becomes difficult to get the water out.
Great concept maybe needs a little more work.

I purchased the set of 3 for myself. Amused when I rec''d a fourth bottle as a gift. (It was December, after all.) I love how the water tastes. I love how easy it is to change the filter. (Yes, I''ve done that already.) What I DO NOT LIKE is that the bottle is really, REALLY difficult to squeeze. Granted I have mild arthritis in my hands (30+ years at computer & piano keyboards!!) but I also have an aversion to "sucking out fluids" like an infant...so I always transfer liquids to a glass or cup. The Britta bottle is rugged and that''s good, but, I wish I didn''t have to wait 5-10 min to get all the water out. SO.....I''ll eventually buy a pitcher, I guess. Should''ve thought this through a little more. BTW, that little grey loop works perfectly!!! Soft and smushy -so it isn''t "in the way" like I thought it would be when not hanging from my backpack.Save 39% off
