always had siggs bottles for my kids (even before the new lining) as love the designs. my one star is for the great designs. meanwhile find out about the old versions not being totally bpa free, and now with this new lining being bpa free got me all bpa/alluminium everything aware!! been looking deep inside bottles which i''d never done before, and the new ''deer'' one i have very recently bought is all rippled (the interior lining). i put my finger in and rubbed it, and it came off in my fingers, leaving the alluminium exposed! threw it away straight away. I have to add, i ONLY give kids water so no juice or anything else has gone inside this bottle. i hand wash them. Going for plain stainless steel for the family from now on. the cost of sending the bottle to siggs in europe is more than i paid for it plus i have emailed them twice and never had a response from them! poorI was looking for a bottle that my 12 month old could drink from, and this is it! She did not know how to use sippy cups, but figured this bottle out right away. I have to open and close the twist top for her, but she can drink from it herself. The spout is small enough to fit in her mouth just right. It''s great for keeping in her diaper bag when we are out and about, when an open cup wouldn''t work.It is the perfect size and weight for a one-year-old, even when filled with water. The cap folds down completely to be out of the way of her face when drinking, unlike other water bottles I tried before.

I am soo disappointed because the interior of both of these bottles has chipped and so my children are swallowing the chips of bottle. Such a bummer! My little guy loves this water bottle and it is one of the only containers that truly doesn''t leak. I would buy again! My son has had this for over a year and it is still in good condition. It holds up well to being dropped. Very sturdy. Great or any toddler
