This product does what it says, but it falls short in a couple of very simple to correct, no-brainer areas. The fact that the manufacturer overlooked these simple points accounts for the loss of two stars in my review. First, the phone pocket is too small. It is very difficult to fit an iPhone 5 with a case. iPhones and their ''Droid competitors are the most popular cell phones out there. It is mind boggling that the manufacturer does not make the phone pocket large enough to accommodate such phones -especially when they tout the product as "now accepting smart phones." Really, a slightly larger pocket or a little more give in the elastic should not be difficult to accomplish. This is a major flaw, in my view. Additionally, the loops holding the water bottle should have some elastic "give" to them so as to accommodate other fitness bottles. Sure, the included bottle works fine, but what if you want to use a Camelback bottle or a large cycling bottle? You can stuff the bottle in there, and I do, but the design should make it easier to do so. I also don''t really care for the built-in ID thing. It is flimsy cardboard and could break or rip. It seems that with minimal design modification they could make the phone pocket larger and/or more stretchy, make the bottle loops more elastic, and provide for a secure pocket that is at least credit card or driver license sized so one could cary those as well. Aside from these perceived flaws, which are simply my opinion of what I would like, this is a nice product.I purchased this Nathan bottle to carry with me as I start to increase my distance runs. I do not perspire so keeping water close to me is important.I did find that carrying this bottle puts a bit of strain on my wrist probably should have built up the amount of water I put in the bottle. I did find it handy to have water with me as I used it for drinking and pouring over my back & shoulders as I ran.
Overall, I think it will do the job that it was designed to do.
