This belt is not perfect, but after trying out over a dozen other, it is the best there is.PROs:
Small and light, easy to pack
Jiggles around MUCH less than other belts
Doesn''t leak
Doesn''t make water taste like plastic
CONs
It does jiggle slightly when I run
The small zip pouch will hold a SMALL cell phone (think flip phone)or driver''s license, but nothing more, especially not iPhones or full size iPODs (mine broke after falling out when I tried to run with it in the pouch)The company who makes these fuel belts should pay attention to sizes. First I ordered a small and the product said Small would fit size 4-6 This is my size that I wear in EVERYTHING. However it didn''t fit and I had to return it.
Then I ordered a Medium that says it fits size 8-10 This one barely fits and I should return it also for a Large, but since I don''t wear a large in anything I figured I''d just keep it, but I''m not happy since it is tight.
Buy FuelBelt Helium 2 Bottle Belt Now
The FuelBelt Helium 2 did the job it was supposed to do: to keep me hydrated during my half marathon. It begins to slip off the waist and bounce around a bit as you run, so I would suggest wearing the belt with the bottles touching your back and you will almost forget it''s there. Good luck! I thought I was quite cost effeicient when I bought a water bottle holder at target for $2.50. Boy was I wrong. Talk about bouncing it was worse then my kids on a trampoline. I himmed and hawed over buying this do to the extreme change in price but decided to go ahead. Very worth it. I like to run at a decent pace and barely feel any bounce. It is a little hard to get the bottles in but if I can do it while pushing a jogging stroller then abely armed people can do it too.Bought this to beat the hot temperatures of my new location. Hold just enough water to keep me from feeling dehydrated but doesnt let me get filled with water to upset my stomach. Comfortable too! The pocket holds my ipod and house key. Just be careful putting the bottles back in. I have been chased down by motorist who see me drop the bottles when I dont put them in right. I suggest freezing the bottles on long runs because they tend to warm up pretty quickly...30 minute run the water can be hot by end in 90+degree weather.
