I bought this for my extremely picky husband and he doesn''t like it. He said the lid leaked when he drank from it. The handle is also very small. And it only holds what would amount to a medium cup of coffee and needs to be handwashed (like nearly all travel mugs). It looks really nice though.
The post office lost my package and the company was quick to responsed to my emails and sent out another on right away. Very satisfied over all!

I bought this mug for my husband for his birthday as he is a huge fan and brings coffee with on his 45 min commute to work. I was careful to only handwash it as it stated and within a week the bears pendent (which was cheaply glued to the front) just fell off. My husband decided to keep it anyway, until a few days later when he realized that the seal between the plastic part of the mug and the metal outside was defective because water got in between the two and leaked all over his work clothes. The seal on the lid also was not tight and leaked coffee. What a mess and a waste of money!! Of course since I waited to give it to him until his birthday, the return window was already "closed" by the time we became aware of the problems. This is a very good coffee mug and my fiance loved it when I got it for him for Christmas but one day he left it in his car and the logo fell right off cause it was too hot. That is ridiculous!
