Although the warning that came with the cup said not to wash in the dishwasher it did not say to not even get it close to water. I put the cup in a sink of soapy water to wash off the stickers on it. When I took it out I realized the water had gotten inside the lining of the cup. It took me 2 weeks to drain out the soapy water and now the cup works fine.
