Got these in the mail and after washing I noticed the valves appeared to be sealed shut just like some of the reviewers said they had found theirs. Was very agitated to think I might have to cut it myself and mess it up some how. However after squeezing and twisting the tip of the valve a little, it opened by itself to a perfect slit. So it is precut, you just have to play with it.

I bought these and they came without the opening cut open. It was totally sealed shut. Not sure if I dare cut it myself or what. Disappointing.
