Love this thing. I was tired of drinking water with no taste or flavored water with additives. This thing is easy to use and clean (dishwasher safe but I hand wash it), sturdy, and actually has encouraged me to drink more water.

I bought this for my mother and she accidentally dropped it from a foot from the ground--it broke (hence the 4 stars).

BUT I emailed customer service at Zing Anything to explain my situation and complain about the weakness of the bottle. Joshua, a representative informed me of the Tritan plastic, "the strongest and safest material on the market", that is used to make these bottles. He also graciously understood my frustration and offered to send me a replacement bottle.

Not only does Zing Anything make great products, but they also take care of their customers!!

The concept is neat. However I was disappointed that the bottle leaked from the bottom connection where you put the fruit. Lots of pulp floated into the water part and the bottom ended up looking pretty gross.
