The water stays cold for almost 2 hours even in very hot days. A little harder to squeeze than a regular bottle but it is worth it to keep your water cold while you ride.

The Insulate water bottle works ok but isnt great. Will keep water with ice cool for a hour or so but not much longer than a non insulated water bottle. I have used other insulated waterbottles that work much better.Want Ibera Bike Coolhead Insulate Bottle IB-WB3 Water Bottle Discount?
