Bought this for running and I''ve used it several times for distances of up to 20 miles. I''ve tried a few other options (normal rucksack, bottle belt) and this is the only thing I''ve found that works for me.The pack is comfortable to wear, even when running for 3 hour or more. It doesn''t move around, dig in or chaff. Drinking from it is easy and there''s a small clip on the strap to hold the tube in place so it doesn''t flop around. There''s a zip compartment on the outside, enough for a small mobile phone and keys.
and i thing this price much worth than Camelbak Hydrobak the same function and much more water than Camelbak Men''s Hydrobak i like this style very much....!
