My boyfriend bought this for me last summer. I mounted the holster onto the seat tube water bottle mounts so the whole thing was facing UP, just like in the picture. On my maiden trip with it (a century road bike ride) the flask disappeared. Smooth roads, few bumps, yet the ride was enough to silently pop it out. It was still at least 1/2 full of gel when it went MIA from the holster. So, my experience with this item lasted 45 minutes or so total. I emailed NATHAN Customer Service and described my problem and never even got a response. So two stars, because the flask design itself is cool and easy to use with one hand. My boyfriend thinks he can put a magnet system in to keep replacement flasks down. But first we have to buy replacement flasks (which is annoying). Non-existent customer service from Nathan is highly disappointing.Save 56% off
