This Klean Kanteen product is the best I have ever had at keeping coffee hot!! Also, the Cafe Cap is absolutely great. Yes, if you lay this container on its side, the Cafe Cap will seep some liquid. Remember this product is designed to allow liquid pass through it into your mouth. It cannot be leakproof!! It can be & is leak resistant. This container and cap is a great product. This is the 4th Klean Kanteen container I own, & they have all been great!!
