I recieved these bottles on time they came in 2 boxes as to seperate them, the lid is actually really easy to open when you twist it, not sure if that might cause problems later while carrying it around, BUT they did make a "pop" sound when I unscrewed the lid letting me know they were tight on there, I currently have them upside down on my counter one with water and the other with soda to see if there is any leaking, 3 hours now and nothing. the bottles seem sturdy enough but im not going to drop them on the ground to see if they''ll shatter, cause that would be idiotic. : ) so far im extremely happy with my purchase. everything is easy to clean and they are very nice sized to fit just enough liquid that I wont waste, or need to refill it again while at work. I rate this a 5/5 for right now because I honestly haven''t found a thing wrong.

I was looking for a set of 4 simple bottles that I could take on trips (I''ll leave it up to your imagination to figure out what I''ll put in them, hahaha). Let''s put it this way, it beats bringing four 1.75 liters with me. Anyways, I ordered two to see the quality and it was just what the doctor ordered, so I ordered two more. If I fill it right to the top it holds 20ozs. The reason I didn''t rate it a 5 is because there is a slight difference in the height between the two bottles. One is about 1/4 of an inch taller. Not a really big deal. The cap makes a good seal and is easy to twist on/off. Now I just have to find a simple, zippered bag to put them in for travel.

The bottles I received came with a black, BPA-free (labeled) plastic cap. The glass cap may be attractive but I like this one much better because I can drink without removing the cap. The tab I lift to drink seals very well and firmly, so there''s no leakage. This is one of the few times I''m glad for a substitution that I didn''t request.

I was looking for a glass water bottle with a stainless lid rather than a plastic one. Plastic, BPA-free or not scares me. I think we still take in chemicals from the plastics. I know glass and stainless are non-reactive and safe. I have found various glass bottles but they all had plastic tops. This bottle is better. It is lightweight, wide-mouthed, easy to clean, and not too heavy. The cap is a twist-off, so I can toss it in my tote bag and not worry about it coming open. Perfect size, it holds just the right amount of water 18 oz. Plus, when you remove the top it is just like having a glass of water on your desk. You also get TWO bottles for what other companies charge for one! The only criticism I have is just wish there was a little loop on the top so I could carry it more easily.
