This is a good value. I only needed one bite valve, but it''s nice to have a couple extras on hand. I called Camelbak,and this is not an accessory that they warranty (i.e. they won''t send you a new one unless it was defective from the get-go), so I needed to buy one, but knew the others would come in handy one day...

I replaced a complicated, leaky bite valve on my water bag (not a Camel bak) with one of these. It works better and doesn''t leak yet.

I bought the three pack because it seems to me that these don''t last forever and the price for three was better than single purchases. After ordering these I ran across them at my local bike shop for the same price ($12 at that time) so I bought a set from them, too. Now I''m fat, dumb and happy with 5 spare bite valves and a functional one installed and working on my bag.

Overpriced for what they are, but I recommend them.
