The lid on this product cracked right after I washed it the first time. It rolled off my kitchen counter and hit the floor and immediately cracked. It still works, but I doubt if it will have the long life I hoped it would have. My husband carries water to work daily. Also, the latch doesn''t work easily. Probably due to the crack in the lid. When it needs replaced, I will not buy another of this same product.

I loved it until it got put in the dishwasher. We never use the heating element in the dishwasher, so didn''t worry about it. The bottle warped and the rubber gasket sewlled, leaving it unclosable.
