I use this on my manual treadmill. The application is pretty difficult. It comes with a spray nozzle, but it doesn''t really help to get the product sprayed as far into the middle as possible. I''ve ended up putting on gloves and spraying the lubricant on my hand; then, rubbing the underside of the loosened belt to the middle on the both sides. Either buy a better nozzle to make spraying easier, or use gloves like I did. Good product despite the nozzle issue. I think this came with a belt cleaner as an added bonus when I bought it in Jan 2012.This is identical to the stuff recommended by several treadmill makers. I use it on a LifeSpan Treadmill Desk TR1200-DT. It seems to work great, and there is noticeably smoother walking after I apply some every 50 miles or so. However, it has the same problem as all the other similar products it is awkward to apply, because there is not an easy way to get the bottle under the tread to squirt it on the tread deck without dripping some of it onto the side bar. As you lift the tread, you have to turn the bottle on its side to get the pump under, and then it leak out the side of the pump top. If it had a really good applicator nozzle or tube, it would be 5 stars, but it seems like all the similar products have the same problem. It doesn''t come with direction in the package it tells you to do online, but there doesn''t seem to be much there, either. Just spray some under the tread the way you''d expect to, though it doesn''t seem to need anywhere near a whole ounce to make a noticeable difference. So, a 5-star lube in a 3-star bottle, for a 4-star product.Oh, yah it also works OK to lube the slide or action of firearms if you don''t have anything specifically for that purpose already on hand.

Product came exactly as described. Cleaner works pretty well on my 8-year old treadmill and lube seems to work well, but, as another reviewer mentioned, is difficult to spray with the included sprayer. I may have to dig up a different bottle to spray with, as the included spray top doesn''t work well at any kind of angle. Great product for the price.Read Best Reviews of Silicone Treadmill Lubricant Here
The belt lubricant works great and the belt cleaner is a nice bonus but the spray bottles that are included are cheap and pretty useless. They give you the kind where you press down on top of the nozzle to spray. The reason they''re bad is because they don''t squirt very far and not much comes out either. So you would have to hold the nozzle as close as you can to the center of the treadmill, which is where you''re supposed to spray the lube. Unfortunately, if the treadmill belt isn''t loose enough so you can lift it high enough to insert the bottle you''ll have to hold the bottle sideways and spray. Except it doesn''t spray when you hold it sideways. It''ll spray a couple times and then stop. Then you have to take it out from underneath the belt, turn it upright, and repeatedly press down on the nozzle to get it going again. When it starts spraying again you''ll get excess lube on the edges of the treadmill which you have to wipe off. Then when you turn it sideways again it''ll spray a few times and then stop and you have to keep repeating this process over and over. Your index finger will get tired very quickly doing this. Needless to say it''s very frustrating.
What I suggest, if you don''t already have one, is to go to walmart or some place and get one of those little 99 cent hard plastic spray bottles with the squeeze handle. Those can be tilted sideways and still spray well. You can use the cheap spray bottle they give you for the belt cleaner, but for the lubricant you need one with a squeeze handle.
Just be careful not to spray too much lube under the belt with the squeeze handle type bottles. They squirt out a lot more than the push nozzle bottles. You''re supposed to use 1 oz. of lube for the belt, which is about 2 Tablespoons. So just spray it like once in the top center and once in the middle center and test out the treadmill. If you need more, spray sparingly after that.My treadmill kept short circuiting after every ten minutes. Was going crazy. I was skeptical that the belt lubricant would do anything but online blogs indicated that it might. They were right! My treadmill works fine now and it no longer short circuits. Really cool!
