I didn''t realize the raised logo was made of metal making the mug non-microwavable. If that was in the description, I missed it.

The description of this product is missing a few details that would have been nice to know. The mugs are very nice, but you don''t find out until you receive them, that they are not microwave safe and they are hand wash only. Who would knowingly buy a mug for hot beverages that can''t be microwaved? These are omissions of information from the description that are key to the intended use of the product.

This mug is a plain mug with an eagles emblem glued on to it. As such, after a few washes, the mug and the emblem parted ways in the dishwasher. Not too impressed.

These mugs are very nice and from the picture, I was unable to tell if the logos were painted on or what. The logos are however risen and you can feel each detail. I highly recommend this product.

I got these for my husband as a gift. They are very nice but they are not microwave or dishwasher safe, which was a real disappointment to me and, if I had realized this, I would have purchased a different set. Other than that, very well made and attractive.
