I ordered this product because I own the smaller 18 oz version, which I love. I wanted a bigger one for work fewer trips to the kitchen for refills. The image shown here has the flip-up straw that is not what was sent to me. The one that was sent does not have any way of drinking from the bottle except to unscrew and remove the whole lid. Amazon has agreed to refund my purchase including the shipping charges, but wanted to make anyone else aware since the item pictured above is still incorrect. There is no drinking spout, or inner straw, so the only way to access the liquid inside is to unscrew the top every time you take a drink.

The item in the photo clearly showed a flip top and straw, the item I received was only a bottle with a screw top. Returned and credit issued. It looks as if they have corrected the photo since my return also.

I love this bottle. It has a wide mouth opening (easy to fill with ice), no straws or hinges to collect mold and bacteria (easy to clean) and BPA free with no metallic taste.
