I''ve been a lifeguard at our Y for several years. The aqua aerobics instructor quit unexpectedly and my boss asked me to teach! AHHH! So I bought this DVD and watched it several times. It was a life safer! I not only learned lots of routines to teach in class but I learned how to make up my own routines. This DVD is perfect for the instructor but even if I was just wanting a good workout DVD this would be a good choice. Great instructor!
