I bought this cap for my Podium Ice water bottle. It is the same cap that comes with all of Camelbak''s podium bottles but with an added cap that simply flips to cover the nozzle. Now I don''t have to worry about dirt or getting into my nozzle when riding. I found this to be a problem before because without the cap the nozzle is essentially an open tube begging for dirt and mud to get stuck in there. Installation is as simple as removing the stock nozzle and replacing it with this one. I''ll be honest though, it took me a good couple minutes to get the old nozzle off because it was on my bottle so tightly but putting on the new one was a breeze.

Overall this product gets a 4/5 mostly because of the price. $6 for a cap that probably should have come stock on the bottle seems a bit steep.

These are great! They really should be on every Podium bottle. They keep the mud and dirt out without being difficult to open and close one handed.

got this for my podium chill bottle. Work great, but way over priced. 10 dollar for the bottle and 6 dollar for a cap that should be included w/ the bottle. Talk about ripping off customer (price is set by CamelBak so it''s not Amazon fault, 6 bucks on CamelBak''s website too). I feel stupid for spending 6 bucks on a piece of rubber but was sick of getting dirt in the uncovered mouth piece.

I mountain bike on dusty and muddy trails quite often and this cap does the trick! I think it should be included with all of camelback bottles though, or just in place of the original cap.
