Overall I love this item and the collapsible bottle that fits into it. The flask/bottle is great and easy to carry on a daily run. During a race this is difficult to use as the cap has to be held in your hand while you refill the flask. It would be easy for the cap to fall causing a longer time at the water stops. For the hot Florida summers this is great on daily runs.
