Stansport Outdoor 295 5-Gallon Collapsible Water Carrier Save 5% off

The product I received looks exactly like the one in the picture I purchased on Amazon. It also arrived in Time. There are no leaks as a result of shipping damage. Yet, this Water Carrier is not very collapsible, which is its biggest selling point. It does not go all the way flat and takes up some space so once again it loses that feature benefit right away. Then it is its flimsy quality once filled. It is awkward and difficult to handle and since it is an almost balloon type structure it tends to not stand very stable and is prone to leaking when filled to a certain capacity. Get yourself a Synthetic (not plastic) or animal skin bladder, which from my experience are more reliable flat / collapsible water carriers or simply get an igloo type water coller, which is what I should have done. Cannot recomend this product even though I will use it now since I bought it but am not happy with the quality, design, or function.

I took a gamble on this since the reviews are so mixed but it worked perfectly for our weekend long camping trip. We hung it from a tree and used it as a sink for the whole weekend. We experienced no leaks at all and it will be great for our next trip too. One word of caution it weighs between 50 and 60 pounds when full. Really. Be ready and know your water source!
