I love it! After taking repeated hits from coworkers about my perpetual use of bottled water, I decided to purchase this lovely water bottle and see how it would work for me. I am so glad that I did! Not only does the bottle hold the perfect amount of water, the stainless steel container keeps it cold forever! The mouth of the bottle is very wide, so it is easy to fill with ice (a must have in my world). And the bottle is amazingly easy to clean. Did I mention that it is perfectly lovely? Because it is! I get compliments on it all of the time and tell everyone where I got it. It is a total winner!
My advice is wash with a very soft sponge.

I was a little disappointed when I received the three I ordered for my family and I. I was tempted to return it and didn''t but now wishing that I did. You will need to order the ice trays that makes the long cubes since the regular ice cubes wouldn''t fit. I don''t find that the items stay very cold either. My husband and I both like this water bottle for it''s sport top, easy open cap and you can easily put ice in it. However, on occasion some sort of suction problem develops. You can take a couple sips and then have to stop and let air in. It worked fine the first 2 days, this problem developed on day 3. We hadn''t put it in the dishwasher or abused it in any way. So I''m not sure if this is a product defect or if it just happens.
