Actually got mine at an Eddie Bauer outlet store in NH. It is exactly what I''ve been looking for! I wanted something that I can run through the dishwasher, use any ice cubes, and didn''t have a wide mouth (so if I hit a bump while riding or driving, I don''t end up with my drink dribbled down my shirt). This fits the bill head-on.I use flavored drink packets in my bottle, as my local water tastes like dog spit. Unlike other small mouth bottles, the whole top of this one--not just the lid--screws off for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. With other small mouth bottles, I would always end up with a build up of residue on the bottoms because the water jets can never get fully inside. The screw top on this bottle also allows me to fill the bottle with regular ice cubes from the ice maker in my fridge. I just hate using the wide mouth bottles, even when they are also dishwasher safe... they always dribble and I end up with kool-aide dribbled down my shirt... not so cool when drinking in the office cubicle farm!
The one thing to watch for is if you don''t tighten the top (not just the cap) correctly before drinking. Because I do mix in drink packets, I always get to see what happens as I shake the bottle before it actually gets to my mouth, and if you don''t have it twisted on right/straight, you''ll get leakage. Just give it a little tip from side-to-side to double-check before you start chugging and you should be good to go!
