This water bottle top is good for its purpose. I''m not the biggest fan of how slow the water comes out and how difficult it can be drink out of while working out (if walking or running on the treadmill the dispensing piece can push back into the bottle). However, if you don''t mind those two things it''s good for you. I still use it sometimes because it''s good for when I''m sedentary. I prefer the regular top more.
Top consists of 2 pieces, sip cap and cover. The cap allowed no water to flow through. Had to drill through plastic to make operable. Cover fits well. Next, time I''ll purchase a new bottle for just a few dollars more.
