Bought this for my 2 year old son, a Thomas fan. The horn replaced a fragile plastic horn that broke when his bike fell over. The new horn doesn''t sound like a typical squeeze horn; it sounds like a dog''s squeaky toy, and it drives my dog crazy. It doesn''t matter because he probably won''t squeak it again; my daughter has had a horn on her bike for two years and I think it was only squeaked the first couple days she had it. My son just wants a horn because his sister has one, so I didn''t see the point of spending $15 or $20 for one. It''s just a decoration, really, and the cheaper the better.The water bottle smells like PVC, and my wife won''t let my kids drink out of it. And there''s no bracket to attach it to the bike. Again, it doesn''t matter, I didn''t buy the set for the bottle, and they''ll play with it in the bath and shower.
The license plate is just as cheap, and came slightly damaged. It takes a bit of planning to get the name on it straight with the flimsy letters, but it looks fine for what it is. My son likes it, and that''s all that matters. I did modify the attachment from the zip ties provided so it hung better under the seat.
If the items last a year without breaking off, they''ll have been worth it for me and my son.
