Most the time I''m very happy with amazon''s quick delivery and receiving what I ordered. With these rubber made bottles I ordered three of the one in the description. Two weeks later I received three different bottles. Not cool! However the spout is the same as the original bottle I ordered that is why I kept them. The bottle I received feel like some kind of hard plastic and I''m afraid if dropped they may crack. Since I use these to work out in a gym and I haven''t had a problem dropping bottles, I decided to keep the bottles that were shipped instead of sending them back and requesting the bottles I ordered. I didn''t give these bottle a better rating not based on the quality of the bottle, but on the fact that different bottles were shipped without a explanation or even asking if I would consider a replacement.

This bottle solved a problem for me. I like to re-use drink bottles, and I like to add ice. Since sport bottles went to smaller mouths, that became difficult. This bottle makes it easy with its wide mouth. Both the screw on seal and the pop-top one are excellent, making it a secure container as well. A couple would be even better ifs: I''d like an insulated sleeve for it, and I wish there was a shorter, slightly smaller one available to more easily fit in a lunch box. Still, a great bottle.

I gave this item 2 stars because I ordered 5 of these bottles to match the two I already had.

The product came and is different then pictured. I received a clear bottle

with a greenish blue top. Very annoying. Other than that I love the bottle itself.

The picture of the product does not match what I received. Instead I received a "Stain Resistant Premium Chug Bottle", blue bottle with black cap. This is the same model as in Rubbermaid Refill, Reuse 20-Ounce Chug Bottle, Pack of 4. (I have provided a picture of the bottle I received.) I think the flip cap is clunkier than the older models. There is no rubber gasket ring inside the lid. The rubber carrying loop can be removed. The bottle is hard plastic like the older models, which I like. About 1/3 of the way down the bottle are two ridges that allow for gripping. The bottle is slightly elliptical at this point as well. Older versions of the bottle had textured sides to help grip the bottle. This model does not.
