Stanley nineteen13 SS Water Bottle

I have bought 5 of these water bottles so far, so clearly I am a huge fan of these.

Pros:

-They have a wide mouth, so they are easy to clean.

-The paint does not chip easily. I''ve had the green one for 4 months now and only tiny flecks of paint are missing. Unlike other water bottles, when the paint does chip, it does not fall in your mouth when you''re drinking.

-The bottle does not leak. If you put a cold beverage in it, then the bottle will eventually start sweating like any other bottle, so you''ll want a coaster still. However, the bottle does not leak from the lid.

-BPA-free

-Wide loop in the cap makes it easy to open/close.

-The bottles keep cold beverages cold for a long time. I''ve used regular plastic bottles before and these bottles (and steel ones in general) keep water colder for longer. I haven''t tested it with warm/hot liquids.

Cons:

-Pretty much nothing. Maybe the bottle sweats more than plastic ones?

One last thing, these bottles are much cheaper on Woot.com There are a sale on these bottles on Woot.com once every month or so, so you can buy 2-3 for $10-$15. I have bought five of these from Woot.com for $26, compared to $51 I would have spent if I bought them all on Amazon. However, I have only seen the green, black, and brushed stainless (plain) versions on Woot, so you like the snazzy red/orange or grey ones, you should probably buy them here.

This water bottle is good. it keeps my liquids relatively cold. And its easy to hold. I just wish it had a rubber bottom like another Stanley that I have. It really keeps the bottle stable. But no real complaints. Nothing too fancy. And I like the color.

I bought this product as well and the moving parts that seal the bottle jammed up in less than 6 months. I contacted Stanley and this was their response email "Product components are not covered under our manufacturing warranty. Parts and accessories, including lids, cups, stoppers, straws and spoons, can be found online at www.shopstanley-pmi.com or www.shopaladdin-pmi.com" They claim to have a lifetime warranty but they actually don''t, unless of course your steel bottle suddenly gets a hole in it. Don''t buy the product, because the company doesn''t stand by it.

I picked this water bottle out for my daughter to use for school and hockey practice. It is the perfect size and does not leak at all. The only complaint is that the mouth is a little too wide.
