Bicycle Water Bottle Rack Cage Holder Blue

I was expecting an anodized blue cage, or at least one that had an even blue color. What I got was a cage that was painted blue with large spots where the blue paint was rubbed off. While the cage is functional, it is unattractive aesthetically.
