Neat compact bottles. Valves don''t open easily, but that is probably so they won''t leak.
Gel will have to be mixed with at least a little water in order to help it get through the valve.
Product is a little expensive for the fact that it''s just three cheap bottles and caps.

I was experimenting with replacements for an ancient plastic flask that I use with bulk-packaged carb gels and decided to give these a try. The valves on the Nathan flasks were far too restrictive to work well with either of the gel brands I tried it with (Carb-Boom and Hammer) even squeezing the flask with both hands and sucking like a mad-man I could only get about half an ounce of gel out over several attempts. Had to knock a couple stars off the rating since gels are one of the things the flask is supposed to be designed for, and at least with the brands I''m using it''s just not working out.
