I bought one of these to mount my first buck via bow and arrow. (little 6 pt) but never the less my first. lets start with particle board board junk. Is a real piece of wood that much more expensive??? I wanted the RED VELVET BUT YOU DON''T GET RED LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SAYS!!!! JUST CAMO AND A BLACK VINYL COVER. The tiny nails they give you arent long enough to nail through the fabric AND the foam scull cover so its hard to pull it tight to the wood but now that i think about it maybe you can pin the fabric to the foam from the back and the get your own brads to nail the foam scull cover to the wood. Try something else before you buy this unless its for something tacky like my first tiny buck. Amazon was great though, They accepted the return no problems on their part.

I got what I paid for and my little brother loves it. He is going to use it for his first deer that he hunts.

Got the mounting kit, seems a little more complicated then it really is, if you''ve ever mounted antlers before this will be easy for you. If not, you may want to talk to a hunting buddy about giving you a hand with this kit. Got it for my grandson''s first whitetail buck, he will love the camo cover.
