So, fine, it''s not white. As long as it works, I can live with it. I purchased this to attach to my handle bars, so I needed to rotate the cage with respect to the clamp, so the bottle would point up. I got out my Allen wrench set so I could loosen the screw that allows, per the description, "360 degree rotation." To my surprise, none of my Allen wrenches fit in the screw. 1/8 was too big, 3/32 was too small. "Still not a big deal," I thought, "I can go to the store and get a different size Allen wrench."
Before going to the store, though, I thought I''d attach the cage to my bike, just to be sure there weren''t any other problems that would require tools I don''t have. I put the mount around my bike''s seat tube, tightened the screw on the clamp, flipped the tab down, and let go. The cage slid down to the derailleur. I tried it again, making sure I tightened it absolutely as much as possible. Same result. I tried it on my handle bars and down tube, without success. I could freely spin the whole thing around any tube I attached it to, no matter how much I tightened it. That''s not something I want when I''m riding around.
Even if I could live with the other problems I had with this cage, not securely attaching to my bicycle actually is a big deal. Too bad, the price was very reasonable.
