All Stainless Loop Cap

This is a near perfect example of the kind of products all people should be attracted to. I gave it 5 stars because it is built from a material that can potentially last for many generations. I would recommend this to anybody who owns a Klean Kanteen. The attachment bar seems strong enough to hold the worlds largest Kanteen and with a small strap that''s big enough to fit my hand through, it should be easy to carry. The only replaceable part is the 0 ring which I like because it can be removed easily. (Makes it easy to clean) Just knowing that it will never be thrown into landfill is rewarding by itself. This is a great lid. Buy one today.

Compare to the bamboo cap, this cap does not make a noise while driving. No C-ring = no rattling noise.

It will still make noise when you screw it on/off. But it''s a handsome cap.

This cap is water tight, unlike the sports cap which will TOTALLY leak on you. The cap is very well made and is very strong. The cap should last a life time. Plus it looks very cool on their colored bottles.

Did not do what I wanted it to do, but does function as designed and flawlessly.

I use my klean kanteen for cooking/water boiling on long hikes and ultra-light backpacking. Hard to remove the metal canteen from a fire so got this to screw onto the lid to remove the canteen without getting burned. The original plastic cap will just melt.

For me to do that with this i have to remove the silicon seal each time so it doesn''t melt.(which can be a pain) Wish the threads were longer so i wouldn''t have to worry about that.

That aside its a good cap. Wish it was originally included with the canteen. Cost cutting on kleen kanteen part.

IMO not really worth 10 bucks, the plastic version works just fine but if you insist on metal its a good metal one and does look awfully pretty on your canteen.

it is not water tight without the gasket, encase anyone is wondering.

I''m very pleased with the quality and looks of these water bottles. They don''t add much weight and are durable. The bottles and caps are excellent quality. I know there are hundreds of sport bottles out there, many different materials but I think these are well worth the money.
