After doing the research and reading the reviews here, i decided to buy this a week before running a half marathon. I didn''t get a chance to train with it so I had no clue whether it would work for me or not. Thank goodness it did! It is light weight and comfortable to run with. I am able to put my keys and a gel pack in the pouch.

This water bottle is a great fit for my hand. The zipper pouch holds my keys, ipod, and fuel. The sleeve helps the bottle not slide when my palm sweats. Nice wide mouth for ice and easy cleaning. The only gripe is the cumbersome removal/replacement of the sleeve and strap. Overall, I''d get another one!

I''ve used this water bottle as I''ve increased my long runs working towards a 1/2 marathon. It is very comfortable and just "hangs there" without having to grip the bottle. I am able to put my ID, a little bit of cash, a full package of Clif Shots and even my car key in the pocket. It''s not too heavy even with all of this added to the water bottle. The water doesn''t stay ice cold even with the insulation, but that doesn''t bother me. The insulation is actually helpful in absorbing palm sweat without being sticky. Great product!

I live in Texas and have been training for a 1/2 marathon this summer, and this product is great. It holds enough liquid to last for a 12 mile run, but it''s super light and doesn''t give me the hand/finger stiffness I was experiencing with my traditional water bottle. It''s not insulated so your drink does get warm quickly, but I just load mine with lots of ice. I highly recommend it!
