I bought this because I don''t like holding water bottles when I run and I wasn''t ready to try a back pack style pack. I thought the waist pack would work out perfect. The pros are that I can reach my gels, carmex, phone or whatever much easier than the back backpack. The downside is that I cannot seem to cinch it tight enough to stop the bottle bouncing and I am limited to the (i believe)20oz bottle. I still use it for shorter runs where the pack is a bit much but I still need water. It''s not my first choice. So far no issue with quality or construction.
