I ordered this pack for my fiancee because he is going elk hunting in Colorado this month. He just loves the pack. It is comfortable, has a place for your ties, and has a little pouch. His friend who goes elk hunting every year said it is a really good pack.

This is a frame that is fairly light and still seems strong enough. I have loaded it with 40 pounds of gear and it still feels comfortable. I like the storage built into the lumbar pad. It can be used for field dressing tools, emergency rations, first aid supplies, etc.

Overall, a good pack frame for the price.

I bought this pack to carry my Lone wolf climbing stand, back pack and extra clothes. Seems to be well built, much more comfortable than the Lone Wolf straps!! The waist strap really helps distribute the weight. Handles the 50-60lbs no problem.

I bought this to pack out elk. I actually use this pack frame to pack in all my gear when backcountry hunting. It has five spots on each that you can run nylon webbing through & attach parachute buckles to. I take my military seabag and pack it with all my gear and lie it on top of my pack frame and cinch it down. I have a Badlands day pack I use while hunting and attach it on the backside of the seabag via the nylon webbing to add a little extra storage. I carried 60+lbs over 3 miles on my back, and it sat comfortably on my hips the whole way, and did not sway side to side. Overall, it is strong and comfortable.
