It''s a standard water bottle, but seems to keep water more "tasteless" than plastic. In my opinion, anyway.

I prefer the sport cap, but you cannot screw it all of the way on when you are using it. The suction created makes it impossible to get a drink. This just means it has to be loosened slightly just don''t throw it in your purse or gym bag like this you will end up with wet contents. Make sure that it''s screwed tightly, with the inside nozzle completely pushed down for transport, and you''ll be dandy.

I''ve had this water bottle for about 3 months now and I love it. I''m usually the type that goes through 4 or 5 refills of a 20 oz. bottle. With this...I''m down to 2 refills a day! The steel bottle keeps my water cool and clean tasting. My only gripe with this is that I bought the "Botl" with the "Hello..." graphic on it. The graphic became sticky and started looking grimy. I tried to wipe it off with warm, soapy water and it wiped part of the graphic right off. Not a problem...the bottle still works awesome.

Small tip: Wash the "Botl" three or four times before using...my water had a slight metallic taste up until the 4th washing.

I particularly like the cover over the drinking spout as I spash a bit while kayaking. Not really enthused about drinking drops of water from the lake or reservoir. In the short time I have had it, it seems durable as well.
