I''ve tried a lot of water bottles for my family. My concerns are always: BPA free, easy to clean, won''t get ruined, not too heavy. This water bottle really works for all of these issues. The kids LOVE the texture because the silicone is squishy, which makes it especially good for fidgety kids. It''s pretty easy to clean. You have to take out an insert in the bottle mouth and the ring on the outside of the mouth I can see these getting lost, but that goes for the cap as well. But after that the mouth is wide enough to easily clean. The bottle will generally stand up when full, but it''s best to keep the cap screwed on tight. I''ve had one issue of a kid squeezing a bit to hard and water spilling, but that lesson was learned and not repeated.

Pros: Squishy and soft, collapses when the liquid is finished, can hook onto a lunch bag, difficult to ruin.

Cons: Expensive, can spill if squeezed too hard!

It''s cute and lightweight and flexible. I can put a slice of lemon and the insert thing on the bottle neck keeps the lemon in while I drink the water.

There was a little silicone taste at the first use. It''s solved by cooking the whole thing in boiling water and soaked overnight.
