I love the ease of carrying this while running! No more struggling to open with sweaty hands as I experienced with previous handheld bottles! No leaking around the cap either! Really does keep liquids hot or cold! GREAT!

I live in South florida where it''s very hot in the summer time. I need a hydration system that I can (1) freeze the liquid, (2) stay frozen/cold during my run, (3) does not burn my hand when holding the cold water, and (4) that''s not too heavy.

This one is just perfect or all that. I take it with me in long runs, just making sure that I refill it around every 7 or 8 miles.

I like the small size of the bottle but the zipper broke just after two uses and now I have to pin it with a safety pin.
