I''ve had mine a few months ago, I''ve taken it on runs up to 20 miles. In 2 days I''ll be wearing it in a marathon.

It holds a decent capacity of fluid for a long run, and I''ve been able to cram a pack of skittles and 3 gu packs in its pocket. The bottle positioning is great and lets you grab it and return it to the holder without messing up your stride at all.

A major complaint is that it does move around a good bit if you don''t make it very tight. Its constant motion has chafed my lower back enough to where I have callouses there now. Even with that I still continue to wear it, so that should say something about it.

I just love this. I use it all the time for either walking, running or bike riding. There are two small zipper sections that my i-pod fits in, a single house key and my samsung cell phone. Bottle is of great quality but when it goes or if I loose it, it can easily be replaced because the holder is a standard water bottle size.
