I would use it more often if it would fit just enough food for me-and fit in my bag without me fearing that everything would fall out from the weight of the food it held. If I fill it with food, it is enough to feed myself and my son--and then some. I don''t eat this much to warrant such a large container. I would have returned it if it didn''t cost me half what I paid for it to ship it back.
