I don''t actually have much to compare it to, since I''ve been using it ever since I got my first houseplant. But my plants don''t die, (even my pothos that I kept waterlogged for 2 years straight..) and my hoya is now growing 6-inch leaves (all the leaves it had when I got it were 2-4 inches.) so it seems to be good. Also, I used it on some blueberry bushes outside, and while I can''t tell how much it helped the blueberries, (they were having a really hard time because they''d been under a bunch of ivy, and I uncovered them, so their improved health could be attributed to their improved living conditions..) the weeds around them shot WAY up past weeds only a foot away. That''s good enough for me. Plus, I haven''t observed any negative effects. I''m going to keep using this stuff.

I''ve used this for years and it''s the best I''ve found. I have a seriously black thumb but with Schultz Plant Food, I can actually get things to grow. I have no problem with over fertilizing or under fertilizing, it works for young plants, old plants, indoor or outdoor plants, flowers or edibles, you can even use it in your Topsy-Turvy.
