No leaks. The bite tube is not tiring on your teeth or mouth and allows a good flow with minimal draw. The tube is long enough to allow placing the water bottle either in an accessory pocket, the top pocket, or in a hydration sleeve in the pack. Easy to clean as well and, so far, does not seem to hold odors from hydration tabs or flavored drinks. Extremely light as well. I have ceased using all of my other carriers and now use only this one.
