Nalgene Wide Mouth Rectangular Bottle

First of all the pictures don''t do this item any justice. It''s very, very heavy duty with thick walls and a typical stout nalgene cap. I can close a 300 pound grip exerciser with ease and I can barely make a dent while squeezing this bottle. This thing is tough.

Forget what anyone else says about taste and how they JUST HAD TO switch to stainless steel and all this other crap. I grew up with statistically some of the best tasteless water in the country in Massachusetts, have to filter Colorado water so I don''t taste it, and can''t EVER taste a thing out of this water bottle. That says a lot because I use it every single day all day long, usually refilling it one time per day.

Before buying this I only ever owned round quart size bottles.

I will never buy another round bottle again.

This thing is awesome and doesn''t move not only because of the extra weight from the additional quart of water, but also that it''s recangular and will NEVER roll around.

I have a late model F150 and it even fits IN the doorpanel of my truck perfectly, like it was made for it.

Bottom line, it''s extreme duty thickness, will NOT roll, and for me fits perfectly in my truck. Pretty much the best buy for the money I''ve gotten in a long, long time.

These rectangular bottles arrived quickly, and are perfect for filling 3/4 way with water and putting in the freezer. I use them to keep my lunch cold at work; they''ve proven durable and leak-proof after 6 months of use.

The bottle let''s me insert ice cubes or freeze it with water in it. I bought it for the wide mouth & to have ice in it. It''s sturdy enough to place in the dog''s crate under a towel in this hot weather & helps keep the dog more comfortable! If I could find one larger with the lid on top or towards the end of the top so the dog could lay on it...I''d get one of those also! Thanks for the product.
