I used this on a 55 mile bike ride today and have to say that it surpassed my expectations. I love not having to fumble around for a water bottle out of the cage attached to my bike or the ones on my aero wings. I found that I am more consistent at taking in liquid throughout the ride. Simply bite down on the mouthpiece and boom...I am hydrated! Love it, love it! The best thing about this bottle though is the ability to quickly refill by inserting a full bottle to the quick cap and squeeze! Nothing to remove and can be done while riding.
