I use the Amphipod belt with the Velcro pouch & these bottles. On my long runs 15 to 25 miles it''s nesseccary for me to use my belt. The bottles are only 8oz a piece so I carry 4. You have to be sure they snap back into their clip holster or they will pop off. I lost one once because I didn''t hear it fall. No biggie.

Over all, I like the Amphipod system. I hate carrying water/gatoraid in my hands when I run. I dont know why but it''s a serious pet peeve of mine. So this belt keeps me hands free. It looks geeky but I don''t care because I''m the one running 20 miles. And most importantly, this belt system does not rub my skin anywhere to the point of blistering unexpectedly on my waist. Which we all know happens very easily on long runs. And that is never a fun discovery in the shower afterwards.

These pods fit my amphipod belthad two but wanted two more for a full marathon. They stay clipped into the belt empty or full, easy enough to open, no leak problems.

I take my dog out at least five days a week for a 50 minute walk/jog. The SnapFlask fits on my NATHAN Shadow Pack perfectly, and provides enough water for both of us. I liked it so well that I got both the Shadow Pack and the SnapFlasks for my daughter-in-law. I sing with a chorus also, and attach the SnapFlask to my belt. Then I can "hydrate" while on the risers.
