Profile Design H2 Aero Drink System Save 44% off

Profile Design H2 Aero Drink SystemI bought this item so i could mount my computer between the aerobars above the bottle. It worked for this but during the first month i had the following problems: the bottle became permanently stuck to the bracket. The bottle catches crosswinds making steering unstable. The internal balls rattle annoyingly and the fluids splash out. The straw bounces out of the bottle. The cap comes loose during rides. The cap came apart. Did Profile Design test this thing before they put it on the market? I took mine off but its too late to return it. What a waste of money!

This aero Drink is working very bad. The aerodynamics and the way fit''s in the bike was awesome until you star using it. The cap with less than 20 uses broke, it comes with 2 balls similar as a ping pong, to close the hole when you fill completly the cooler, to supposed to avoid the water goes out from the cooler. That never work, with the irregularity of the street it''s very noisy feeling like you are in a ping pong game. also the water goes out and you have to clean your bike everytime yo use it. And finally it has a supposed quick release because the cooler fit in the direcction under the stem, but this also never worked fine.

I strongly don''t recommend it, I waste my money with this cooler...

Install was easy, refilling is easy, had pd used quality materials and designed the golf balls to be silent this product would rock. The lid has started to separate and while biking the low the water the louder those golf balls bounce around.

I had some of the same problems mentioned in the reviews before mine, with the exception of the cap that has not broken so far and the straw has never fallen. In term of the wind catching crosswinds, that would apply to any "aero" bottle mounted in the the aerobats; also if you are using carbon wheels wide enough (i.e. over 50mm) you have to be careful about crosswinds anyway.

The worse part was the horrible noise that the little balls made after the bottle was less than full. I solved that problem quite easy, and really don''t know why Profile Design did not do it before me. The solution is extremely simple; grab a sponge, such as a kitchen or car wash sponge, cut a piece about 1" x 1" x 3.5" and stick in the bottom of the tube, then put the two balls on top of it and screw the cap. That will solve the noise problem and you will still be able to fill the bottle the way is intended.

Not perfect, but a very good bottle. Everything is out of the way, so you can put your computer or bento in the aerobars without problems.

Hope that helps.
