Works well and easy to carry with included pouch/case. It gives me peace of mind when drinking from trout streams while fishing or hunting. However, I wish I would have gotten the "advanced" straw. I did not know before ordering that there are several things this straw does not filter out without the upgraded filter. I''m not worried because I am used to drinking from these streams with no filter whatsoever. Also, make sure you cycle some whater through it before using it to get out all the black carbon particles. And leave it open to air dry a couple days after using it before you seal back in the waterproof case or you will likely be drinking mold on your next use.

Picked this up as an emergency filter should my main filter so south on a long hike. I used it a few times this summer as a test and still alive to write the review. Great as a light weight backup.

I purchased this as part of a birthday gift for my nature-loving brother. I had it shipped directly to him. The only problem was it came to him in an unmarked package with no description or instructions. He is pretty smart and figured it out but it should be included. Maybe even some additional information about related products.

He has not used it yet, so I cannot speak to its effectiveness.

i have not used these saychelle water filter purifier drinking straw yet.....they do appear to be of good quality.......and they are exactly what i wanted as for the size ...guess i should have ordered an extra one jus to try `em out........they are a bit costly tho , jus to try it out.....
