Product was received well within the promised delivery dates and they were well packaged to protect the contents. The mugs (tankards) were heavy duty and of excellent quality, the type you would expect to find in a high end sports bar. The logos have withstood many cycles in the dishwasher and show no signs of fading or chipping. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product.
