Platypus Platy Holster

I was looking for a water container to take hiking with me that was BPA free, and would not taste like plastic. This fit the bill perfectly, and the holster keeps the water cold for a long time. It is lighter than any hard sided bottle, without the plastic taste that the Camelback''s have.

Boy was I surprised when my holster arrived and there was a 1 Liter bottle included, the description says Platypus PlusBottle Holster Black, 1 Liter, I say the bottle in the holster but did not count on it being included at this price. I hike 40 to 45 miles a week and this is the lightest and most space saving solution to hydration for short day hikes. The taste is of water and nothing else, no bottle taste at all. I have washed this Holster and it comes out like new. Fantastic product. Thanks

this holster is great! it compresses to a thin layer when not used for easy storage. it looks very durable and is really reinforced to protect sharp edges from poking the soft bottle. on top of all that, it looks good, and should last for quite a while. the fit is perfect. using a platypus bottle without this holster feels like something is missing for me now.

This product was exactly what I wanted. It''s very flexible and folds flat for packing. It holds a good quantity of water.
